Summer Tournament Series Interest Form

Vital Hockey is looking for players to join us for TWO weekends of high level, intense hockey in the Pro Hockey Summit Series (August 27-29) and the Paramount Sports Exhibition Series Tournament (September 3-5)! These GTA based tournaments are suitable for AA-AAA level players from the years of 2005-2015. Teams will have 8 forwards, 5 defensemen and 1 goalie. If you are interested in registering for one of our teams please fill out the interest form below. Please note- no payment will be taken with the Interest Form and it does not guarantee a spot on a team.

Cost

1 Tournament: $240

2 Tournaments: $450
