Pre-Tryout/Pre-Season Training Sessions

Join us at Vital Hockey for 4 days of high-intensity hockey training designed to get players back into game-ready shape before their upcoming tryouts and the 2023/24 season!

With our Pre-Tryout/Pre-Season Training Sessions, players will work on all aspects of their game to see optimal improvement before putting their skills to the test with upcoming team tryouts and the 2023/24 season! In order to give players the most opportunities to get on the ice before the start of the season, we have added 4 two hour training sessions.
