Established in 2009, Vital Goaltending has provided consistent, reliable goaltending education for all calibers of goaltending. Stand up goalie? Butterfly? We believe goaltenders should be taught athleticism and skills so that they may choose whatever style works best for them. Never before has goaltending instruction reached the level of attention to detail provided by our V-Pos goaltending curriculum. Improvement is Vital!

Seasonal Goaltending Camps
Vital Goaltending camps are second to none in the GTA. Emphasising the V-POS Hockey Goaltending Curriculum, our camps run 3 times a year: Winter Break, March Break and Pre-Season. Goaltenders get a chance to study in a 1:3 Instructor to Student ratio with ample repetition per station. Unrushed and uncluttered, students work toward mastery of vital goaltending skills while reciving timely and specific feedback from qualified instructors who understand the game.
Private Lessons
Vital Goaltending provides private lessons on a regular basis at Emerey Training Rinks, a studio rink in the GTA in the Pine Valley and Steeles area.
