Many potential coaches come to us looking for employment as a Vital Hockey instructor, but only those that can teach, demonstrate and show a contagious love and enthusiasm for the game of hockey become full time staff members! Having played at the highest levels is not as important as being motivated to teach the game, while being committed to being lifelong learners themselves!
