With a progression based teaching system for all skill levels our summer hockey training emphasizes detailed areas of skill development. At Vital Hockey Skills the trainers will challenge a hockey player technically and physically regardless of what level they are playing at. We go beyond the pylons correcting and encouraging each player on every drill. Our power skating sessions offer a combination of  Acceleration, Extreme Edgework and Explosive Starts (with and without the puck).
